The open full-time position at Rosewood Sand Hill focuses on the successful management and profitability of a food and beverage outlet within this esteemed hotel. This vital role involves overseeing every facet of the outlet’s operations to ensure that the brand standards are consistently met or exceeded, aligning with the corporate strategic goals and the hotel's commitment to exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include maintaining seamless administration with updated operational manuals, conducting effective communications and briefing sessions, and ensuring that associates across the department uphold the brand promise at all times. The role requires monitoring guest satisfaction by personally engaging with customers, handling inquiries and complaints courteously, and fostering excellent interpersonal relationships among staff and guests alike.
Operational duties demand a keen eye for quality and detail, from ensuring adherence to food and beverage essentials and brand standards, to collaborating closely with culinary leadership on food monitoring and quality control. The candidate must be adept at managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the outlet, and coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping.
