The role available is within Live Nation's Facilities team at the Leader Bank Pavilion, a seasonal position running from April through October. This position centers on managing event setups, break downs, and overseeing the physical safety of the venue. The Facilities team works closely with the Facilities Manager to prepare the venue for concerts and events, ensuring guests receive a safe and well-maintained environment for an exceptional live music experience. Responsibilities include aiding in the winterization and de-winterization of the venue, performing repairs, and general maintenance throughout the season. The position involves flexible working hours ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, including early morning starts and late evening shifts that might extend until 1:00 a.m. The hourly wage for this role is $20, reflecting the importance of the position in the overall event delivery and guest experience. Facilities team members must demonstrate professionalism in their interactions with venue visitors, including artists and business partners, and adapt to the varied needs of a diverse clientele. They will be tasked with setting up furniture and signage, assisting with maintenance projects such as painting and chair repairs, gardening duties including watering and light landscaping, and operating various hand and power tools safely.
