The AM Kitchen Manager role is pivotal within this culinary residency, ensuring daily kitchen operations run smoothly and maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and service. This full-time seasonal position requires a minimum commitment of five days per week, with more than 40 hours, and applicants with open availability are preferred to meet the dynamic demands of the kitchen environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate emerging leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and a dedication to fostering a collaborative, professional, and positive kitchen culture.
Responsibilities include supervising prep stations, maintaining health and safety standards, managing inventory and food orders, and supporting the training and development of junior kitchen staff. Additionally, the AM Kitchen Manager will work closely with culinary leadership to uphold the Alinea Group's standards of excellence and play a key role in associate scheduling, workplace safety, and ensuring seamless kitchen operations.
