The role available is that of a Cook/Back of House team member, with an immediate hiring priority. This position is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchen by managing food preparation, inventory, cleanliness, and overall kitchen organization. The cook will be responsible for preparing menu items accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with opening and closing duties. Flexibility is key, as the cook must be able to support all back-of-house areas, assisting with setup, restocking, and cleaning tasks. Physical stamina is necessary, as the role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
