The Front of House (FOH) Support Staff position plays an essential role within the Food & Beverage department at View Boston. Reporting to the Senior Food & Beverage Senior Manager, this hourly non-exempt role is vital in ensuring an outstanding guest experience by supporting seamless restaurant and lounge operations. Responsibilities for the FOH Support team include tasks such as food running, bussing, table resetting, and maintaining cleanliness around the dining area. This role also bridges the communication gap between servers and the kitchen team to maintain accuracy and efficiency in service delivery. This position demands energetic and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction. The FOH Support Staff acts as a key team player during peak hours by assisting servers with large parties, food running, and drink refills, helping to maintain fast-paced and smooth service. Additionally, they are responsible for monitoring guest experiences, responding promptly to requests, and guiding guests with information about dining options and attractions. • High school diploma required
• 1-2 years of food and beverage industry experience preferred
• Must be able to skillfully carry up to three entree plates over distances of up to 150 ft
• Ability to work long hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
