The role of General Manager at Schulte Companies is ideal for an energetic, experienced, and hands-on hospitality professional eager to join a rapidly growing team. In this leadership position, the General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring that the property meets brand standards and exceeds guest expectations. The scope of responsibilities is broad and includes managing budgets and financial plans, controlling expenditures, maintaining detailed financial and statistical records, and setting and achieving sales and profit targets. The General Manager also plays a key role in recruiting, training, and monitoring staff while planning effective work schedules for individuals and teams to optimize operational efficiency. Responding appropriately to guest concerns and troubleshooting issues promptly helps ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
