The position available is a part-time dishwasher and general utility team member responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all kitchen utensils, china, glassware, and tableware. This role requires the use of both manual cleaning methods and commercial dishwashing machines to ensure all kitchen items are spotless and safe for use. The dishwashing area itself must be kept clean, organized, and safe to promote a sanitary kitchen environment. This role is critical to supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant by allowing the culinary team to focus on food preparation while maintaining a hygienic workspace.
The dishwasher/utility team member will be working in a fast-paced restaurant setting that demands focus, effective communication, and the ability to multi-task efficiently. Key responsibilities include sorting, rinsing, washing, drying, and storing a wide variety of kitchen items, ensuring they meet health and safety standards. The team member will regularly change dishwater, hand wash pots and pans, dispose of trash responsibly, and keep the dishwashing area clean both before and after shifts. The role requires physical stamina for standing long hours, lifting heavy items up to 75 pounds, bending, reaching, and operating kitchen equipment safely.

Working evenings and weekends is required to meet operational needs.
