The Scarlet is currently seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join their team as Lounge Servers, specifically focusing on the Barred Owl Rooftop Bar. This role is perfect for candidates who have a genuine love for hospitality and are eager to create memorable dining and social experiences for guests. As a Lounge Server, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, guiding them through the menu with recommendations, and ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen, bar, and floor staff to deliver top-tier service. This position requires a personable approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Candidates should expect to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a particular emphasis on availability starting at 3 pm and covering Fridays and Saturdays to meet the needs of the rooftop bar operations.                 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
 - Six months to one year serving experience preferred
 - Excellent communication skills
 - Ability to work in a team environment
 - Ability to read write and speak English fluently
 - Strong attention to detail
 - Ability to multitask
 - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
 - Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
 - Ability to stand for long periods of time
