This part-time position typically involves working Monday and Tuesday from 12:00 am to 8:00 am, with a competitive pay rate of $18.87 per hour complemented by regular bonus opportunities. PGAs are tasked with greeting guests warmly and professionally, facilitating a quick and pleasant parking experience, assisting customers at entry and exit lanes, and managing inquiries, including those about the company’s Spot Club Program. They also maintain clean and organized work areas and collaborate closely with colleagues to provide outstanding guest service. Eligible employees can participate in medical, vision, dental, and life insurance programs, as well as employee assistance programs and 401(k) plans. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, particularly in English, and have the ability to operate various Apple technology products such as iPhones and iPads. Comfort with using kiosk systems and adaptation to IT changes is crucial for efficient service delivery. The Parking Spot invites applicants who align with its values of teamwork, service, and respect to apply, promising an inclusive workplace and a meaningful role in helping travelers enjoy easy and affordable airport parking.
