This particular opportunity is based at Takeda's BioLife Plasma Services center located in San Marcos, California. The role available is a full-time Receptionist position reporting directly to the Plasma Center Manager. This role plays a key part in the day-to-day plasma center operations by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The Receptionist is often the first point of contact for donors, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting donors, managing appointment schedules, maintaining accurate donor records, and supporting the center's operational efficiency through organized administrative practices. This position demands the ability to stand or walk for the entire shift, handle moderate physical activity, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- Minimum one year experience working in a customer or patient facing role is helpful
