We are currently seeking passionate and talented bartenders to join our team for this exciting new project. This role requires individuals who are dedicated to delivering an impeccable guest experience through their attention to detail, positive attitude, and expertise in both classic and modern food and beverage trends. As a bartender at Vessel, you will play a pivotal role in setting the tone for customer interactions, overseeing bar setup and organization, and ensuring all service standards meet the high expectations of our clientele. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, preparing the bar for each shift with precise product preparation, managing glassware rotation and cleanliness, and collaborating with barbacks to maintain a smooth workflow. You will also be responsible for thorough quality checks, maintaining a clean and attractive bar area in full view of guests, and performing closing duties efficiently. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possesses excellent communication skills. They must be able to multi-task effectively while embodying a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality. Physical agility is essential due to the demands of standing and moving throughout the bar area for extended periods. • Minimum 3-4 years of bartending experience in an upscale setting
• knowledge of both classic and current food and beverage trends
