The Food & Beverage Server role, supported through Brown-Forman Reserve Power, the company's temporary workforce program, plays a pivotal role in maintaining the welcoming and high-energy atmosphere on the corporate campus. This position offers a dynamic and engaging environment where the server interacts with Brown-Forman executives, employees, and guests across multiple dining outlets. Typical weekly hours range between 32 to 40, with peak activity observed from Tuesday through Thursday, providing flexibility while meeting business needs. The position is compensated at $20.00 per hour and includes eligibility for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance after 60 days, a 401(k) plan with a 5% company match, product promotions for employees over 21, access to employee assistance programs, and various wellness and financial benefits. As a Food & Beverage Server, the incumbent will be responsible for delivering genuine hospitality with a deep understanding of the food and beverage offerings.
