We are currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic Events Coordinator to join our Conferences team within the Events department and Operations division. This role serves as a vital connection between our corporate office and outside sales representatives, playing a key part in planning and coordinating a variety of in-field conferences and events. Lakeshore participates in numerous local and regional conferences, hosts school meetings, and organizes other significant events throughout the year. The Events Coordinator is responsible for ensuring these events run smoothly from conception to completion, primarily based at the company’s headquarters in Carson, CA, and following a hybrid work model that includes office days as well as on-site presence as needed for event support. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, enabling them to effectively engage with both customers and internal teams. Strong project coordination abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating logistical aspects of events, supporting sponsorship initiatives, managing registration processes, shipping event materials such as signage and collateral, and prioritizing communications from various stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of Lakeshore’s customer base and the advancement of future sales initiatives through expert event management and support. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging typically between $20.19 and $24.00, depending on experience and skill set, complemented by comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment designed to promote work-life balance and career development.
