We are currently seeking enthusiastic, full-time waitstaff to join our warm and welcoming Dining Team. This role operates from Wednesday through Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., providing team members with a consistent schedule that supports work-life balance. The Waitstaff is a vital part of our dining operations, responsible for delivering excellent customer service to residents by serving meals and beverages promptly and courteously. No prior restaurant serving experience is necessary—as Frasier offers comprehensive training to ensure every team member is confident and knowledgeable in their role. This position requires attentiveness to detail, including knowledge of daily menus, key ingredients, and allergens, as well as remembering resident names and table assignments to foster a personalized dining experience. Beyond serving, the role includes maintaining the cleanliness and quality standards of the dining room and kitchen areas, entering orders efficiently in the dining services computer system, and adhering to food safety, sanitation standards, and uniform guidelines.
Pay for this position ranges from $17.00 to $19.50 per hour, reflecting Frasier’s competitive compensation for team members. Part-time and full-time team members alike enjoy a generous benefits package designed to support their overall well-being and professional growth.
