The Door Greeter position is a key role within Forman Mills stores, ensuring that every customer is welcomed warmly and directed efficiently to the appropriate areas. This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor as the greeter is the first point of contact for all customers entering the store. The Door Greeter is responsible for monitoring store entrance activities, including the proper checking of bags, preventing the entry of opened food and drinks, and maintaining communication with store management and loss prevention teams. Equipped with a radio, the Door Greeter remains in constant contact to help maintain store security and uphold company policies. This role also includes verifying employee purchases for valid receipts, adding an important layer of accountability.
