The Location Manager at Mountain Mike's Pizza plays a crucial role in the successful daily operations of the restaurant. This full-time position offers an opportunity to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. As the store's leader, the manager will handle staffing, ordering, and oversee all daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this role encompasses managing sales targets, financial performance, and maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
The Location Manager's responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment while driving the motivation and development of team members. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to balance multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The manager must also ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and effectively address customer feedback to guarantee satisfaction. In addition, the manager will work closely with the marketing team to support local promotional activities aimed at increasing customer traffic and sales.
This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $23 to $25 per hour, with an expected workweek of 30 to 40 hours. Shifts may include day, evening, and morning hours, emphasizing flexibility. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the QSR industry
