As the store's leader, the manager will handle staffing, ordering, and oversee all daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this role encompasses managing sales targets, financial performance, and maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. The Location Manager's responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment while driving the motivation and development of team members. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to balance multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The manager must also ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and effectively address customer feedback to guarantee satisfaction. • High school diploma or equivalent
