For the 2025-2026 NBA season, Levy is hiring to join its Loud City Hospitality Team at the Paycom Center. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and who want to be part of a team that creates memorable experiences for sports fans and event attendees. The position offers competitive wages ranging between $14.00 and $16.00 per hour, along with great team perks like Instapay, which allows employees early access to their wages, and high-interest savings through the EVEN app.
The role involves a variety of responsibilities essential to maintaining a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests. These include greeting and seating guests promptly and warmly, assisting with customer service issues as they arise, supervising food-service associates, ensuring compliance with food handling and sanitation standards, and maintaining a safe, clean dining environment. Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility, patience, and a genuine interest in people. They will also be expected to support emergency safety procedures, participate in training new team members, and occasionally assist with bussing and food service duties.
