Currently, Tigg's Canteen Services is seeking to hire a Permanent Full-Time Lead Cook for the Washtenaw County Jail located in Ann Arbor, MI. The Lead Cook will lead a team of kitchen staff, overseeing meal preparation, baking, cooking, and clean-up activities.
