The Cook will also be responsible for maintaining restaurant cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment, sanitizing utensils, and organizing deliveries. This hands-on position demands physical endurance, with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout an entire shift. The company prefers high school graduates or equivalent and seeks candidates with previous experience in food preparation or line cooking.
