This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a globally recognized company with a competitive hourly wage ranging between $21.32 and $28.43, depending on experience. The Customs Brokerage Specialist will be responsible for managing the preparation and review of all necessary customs documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating clearance processes efficiently. The role demands acute attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of customs regulations, tariff classifications, and import/export procedures. In this position, the Customs Brokerage Specialist will act as a critical liaison between internal teams, external customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities to facilitate timely and accurate clearance of shipments. Responsibilities will include handling complex customs documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and import/export declarations, while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all records. The individual will also monitor changes to customs laws and apply these updates to internal processes to maintain compliance and minimize risk.
