The Hospitality Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences by supporting daily office hospitality needs, high-level meetings, and special events. Working within a prestigious law firm setting, you will be responsible for maintaining impeccable service standards that align with Epiq's commitment to excellence. Your work will involve providing concierge-style hospitality, setting up meeting rooms, ensuring all conference rooms and kitchens are clean and well-stocked, and assisting with miscellaneous requests to support smooth operations. The role demands strong multitasking abilities and effective communication skills to handle client interactions tactfully and efficiently. Epiq values a work-life balance, and this role's regular hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, reflect that priority. The compensation for this role ranges from 17.50 to 23.38 USD per hour, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.
