The Colorado Springs (COS) location is currently seeking both full-time and part-time Line Service Technicians to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves a variety of essential responsibilities including fueling, towing, and servicing general aviation aircraft. The position demands a high priority on safety, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As part of the line service team, technicians play a crucial role in maintaining seamless ground operations that directly impact flight schedules and customer experiences.
Candidates for this role should possess the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, exhibit strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, and demonstrate the capability to multitask efficiently. A key trait for success in this role includes being a team player who is a quick learner and is ready to adapt to various demands, including working in inclement weather conditions. The role also requires physical stamina as it involves lifting and moving heavy items, as well as proficiency in reading and understanding safety guides and instructions.
