The Line and Ramp Services Agent role based in Houston, Texas, represents a critical function within Jet Aviation's Fixed Base Operations (FBO) segment. This position is onsite and classified under the career level of Technicians & Crew, reflecting the technical nature and hands-on responsibilities involved. The role commands an hourly pay rate between $18.00 and $19.00, emphasizing competitive compensation aligned with regional standards. The selected candidate will work the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM shift, serving customers’ needs by adhering to company policies and procedures while performing essential tasks that ensure aircraft readiness and safety.
The responsibilities of the Line & Ramp Services Agent include daily refueling and defueling of diverse aircraft, towing and disconnect services, and guiding aircraft safely during arrivals and departures through precise hand signals. The agent also handles the operation of ground support equipment such as GPU (ground power units) for engine starts and power, as well as the servicing of lavatory carts. Communication skills are imperative, as coordination with ground crews and flight personnel is frequent via radio communication to maintain top-tier customer service. Contributing to passenger and pilot comfort is another aspect, requiring agents to provide needed services such as delivering ice, coffee, and catering items and transporting clients courteously between airport facilities.

 - Must be able to obtain a certificate from NATA Line Service training program
 - Must be able to obtain a motor vehicle operating permit (MVOP) within 30-60 days
 - Must obtain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment
 - Must be at least 18 years of age, with a valid driving license
