As a Jr. Sous, the individual is tasked with supporting the management team by applying thorough culinary knowledge and techniques to consistently prepare and execute menu items to the highest standards. This role involves operational responsibilities such as receiving food orders, managing packaging for take-out, opening and closing duties, expediting service, and ensuring kitchen organization, cleanliness, and sanitation are maintained.
