The schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with no weekend shifts, which provides an excellent work-life balance. The pay rate for this position is $29.13 per hour. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for various food preparation and cooking duties, including portioning, cutting, and assembling ingredients for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events. Attention to detail is key, as you will adhere strictly to production sheets, recipes, and portion control measures to deliver food items that meet consistency, freshness, and flavor standards. Maintaining an organized and clean workstation, as well as ensuring proper labeling, storage, and rotation of food items, will be essential aspects of the job. This role requires excellent culinary skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate should be proficient in various cooking techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen equipment handling.
