We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs. This hourly position offers competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team members. This role is vital to our kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared according to the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Line Cook or Station Chef at P.F. Chang's, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking all food items to company specifications. This includes following established recipes and procedures, plating prepared foods based on the chef's guidance, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment. You will be involved in setting up, operating, breaking down, and cleaning all kitchen tools and areas. In addition to cooking duties, you may occasionally assist with washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing utensils, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of the kitchen environment. Previous cooking experience is not required as we provide paid on-the-job training and will help you obtain a Food Handler's Card if needed.
