The Studio Advisor role at BODYROK is integral to maintaining the studio’s welcoming, clean, and friendly atmosphere while directly supporting the company’s mission through outstanding customer service and sales. This position emphasizes interaction with members and guests, assisting them with inquiries, managing check-ins, and promoting memberships and packages to boost studio revenue. Studio Advisors are responsible for cultivating relationships that encourage repeat business and foster a loyal client base. This role offers an hourly wage starting at $18.30, along with unlimited commission potential, rewarding strong performance and commitment to sales goals. Key responsibilities include managing front desk operations, maintaining cleanliness, handling member service issues, and assisting with promotional activities. Ideal candidates are self-starters who take initiative, thrive in a team environment, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and capable of balancing multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service. Working weekends is required at least twice per month, reflecting the company’s operating hours and the need to support member engagement during peak times.                 - High School Diploma or GED required
 - 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
 - 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred
 - ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
 - must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month
 - ability to occasionally sit, walk, kneel, and reach with hands and arms
