We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at one of our community locations. This role plays an essential part in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our senior living community, ensuring that residents live in a comfortable, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. The Housekeeper's responsibilities include performing cleaning duties on a regular schedule in areas such as apartment homes, lounges, common areas, and offices. This position requires sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors and carpets, sanitary maintenance of bathrooms including fixtures and tiles, laundry management, and care and storage of cleaning materials. The Housekeeper must also ensure compliance with safety standards by properly storing chemicals and avoiding hazards that could obstruct exits or violate fire codes. This role demands physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching. Applicants should have a keen interest in working with a senior population and be able to communicate effectively, particularly in the residents' primary language.                 - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
 - Previous housekeeping experience preferred
 - Ability to communicate effectively speaking the primary language of the residents
 - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
 - Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population
 - Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms regularly
 - Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently
 - Ability to sit occasionally
 - Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
