The role is that of a Bartender responsible for providing excellent hospitality by delivering awesome service and craveable food and beverage options to customers in a fun, clean atmosphere. The bartender will embody the company’s core values by living a servant leadership philosophy, always putting customers first while maintaining energy, enthusiasm, passion, and pride throughout each shift. This role requires a professional individual capable of managing various tasks such as understanding and complying with company policies, federal and local laws, and enforcing responsible beverage service regulations. The candidate will need to possess an extensive knowledge of food, seafood, specials, and beverage selections, using genuine salesmanship techniques to enhance customer experience. Responsibilities also include handling orders accurately through the POS system, maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar, managing the bar as if it were their own business, and performing side work to support the team. The bartender will also assist servers, take to-go orders, and ensure all customers purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years old. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike. The bartender is expected to stay calm under pressure and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.                 - High school degree or GED preferred
 - 1 to 3 years experience bartending in food and beverage environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
 - Must be at least the minimum age required to serve alcohol as determined by applicable state law
 - Able to free-pour to recipe and specification
 - Extensive knowledge of beer, wine and liquor
 - Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills
 - Able to interact professionally with customers and team members
 - Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
 - Good judgment and decision making abilities
 - Must be able to spend 100% of working time standing, walking, and reaching
 - Must be able to push, pull and lift objects from lower to higher positions or move objects horizontally
 - Must maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling
 - Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and ramps
 - Must be able to carry loads greater than 50 pounds frequently
 - Must be able to communicate clearly in the primary language of the restaurant
 - Must have normal hearing with or without correction
 - Must have specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
