The role available is for a Line Cook III ("Cocinero/a de Linea") who will play a vital part in maintaining the high culinary standards for which The Lodge at Torrey Pines is recognized. This full-time position pays up to $22.95 hourly, with the potential to earn an average additional $3.60 per hour through a kitchen appreciation bonus based on the business's revenue. Line cooks at The Lodge are tasked with preparing all menu items at their assigned station with meticulous care and professionalism, respecting both ingredients and culinary techniques.                 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - at least 1 year of relevant experience
 - valid San Diego County Food Handler certification or ability to obtain upon hire
 - availability to work weekends and holidays
 - ability to stand, kneel, squat for entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
