We are currently seeking a World Space Manager to oversee one such World Space located in Atlanta. The World Space Manager will have end-to-end operational responsibility for the center, tasked with delivering exceptional visitor experiences that promote the company’s vision and cultivate long-term community engagement. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of experts, coordinate logistics, ensure compliance with the company’s privacy and operational standards, and spearhead community outreach efforts. The Manager will drive visitor satisfaction, manage day-to-day operations, and play a critical role in translating visitor interactions into active advocates for the World platform. Reporting to senior leadership, the World Space Manager will act as the local face of World, delivering high-touch support and fostering an inclusive environment that encourages the adoption of digital identity and financial inclusion technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about community building, technologically adept, and experienced in managing customer-facing teams and facilities in dynamic, premium environments. This position demands a blend of operational expertise, people leadership, event management, and a genuine commitment to advancing digital access within diverse communities. The World Space Manager will also track and report on key performance indicators such as foot traffic, verification volumes, customer satisfaction, and compliance audit results. These insights will inform strategy refinement and enhance the effectiveness of the World Space as a community hub.
