The Line Cook II position is full-time and offers a competitive salary range between $21.50 and $22.50 per hour, plus gratuity.   • must be able to provide documentation to legally work in the United States
  • minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook
  • excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • familiar with industry's best practices
  • culinary school diploma a plus
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • ability to work in small space, fast paced environment, and on a moving train
  • ability to stand for long period of time
  • must be available for day or evening, holidays and weekend shifts
  • Serve Safe or ability to obtain certification
  • speak and read English - minimum
