The Healthcare Server position at HumanGood offers a part-time shift opportunity, either from 7:00 am to 11:30 am or 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, at a rate of $16 per hour. This role primarily involves providing efficient and courteous food and tray delivery services to residents residing in assisted living and skilled care communities. The Healthcare Server will also be responsible for maintaining dining areas, upholding hospitality and cleanliness standards, and ensuring timely meal preparation and delivery. This role is vital in enhancing the daily dining experience for residents and their families, contributing to their overall well-being and satisfaction. In this role, the Healthcare Server must deliver dining service to residents, guests, and family members with professionalism and care. The responsibility extends beyond simply serving food to creating a pleasant and safe dining environment, managing the cleanliness of dining spaces through consistent upkeep following the "clean as you go" policy. Compliance with all food service policies and procedures is essential to meet or exceed the community’s standards. The position requires attentiveness to hygiene, appearance, and health protocols, contributing to optimal resident health and comfort. HumanGood values candidates who hold or are willing to pursue certifications such as ServSafe or Food Handlers Certification to ensure proper food handling practices. While previous food handling experience is preferred, it is not strictly required for dedicated individuals looking to grow within the senior living industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is also preferred.
