This role centers on the position of Line Cook within a senior living and healthcare setting, where the responsibility lies in preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events. The Line Cook will use advanced and classical cooking techniques to produce both small and large batch goods, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards are met.
