The Guest Experience Associate - General Utility plays a crucial role in upholding the standard of excellence that The Little Grand Market is known for. Reporting directly to the Guest Experience Manager and Assistant Guest Experience Manager, this position is designed for an individual who is highly motivated, guest-oriented, and eager to contribute to the overall atmosphere and operational success of the venue. The associate will work closely with Chef Partners and Bartenders, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well-served from the moment they enter until their visit concludes. Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the venue, operating dishwashing equipment, clearing and prepping tables, restocking supplies, managing distribution to chef partners, and ensuring all food and beverage regulations are adhered to.
This role is dynamic and multifaceted, requiring a dedicated team player who is proactive, capable of making independent decisions, and passionate about delivering a high-quality guest experience. The ideal candidate will have open availability, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to work both daytime and evening shifts. Physical stamina is also important as the job demands standing, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and maintaining activity levels throughout the shift. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a competitive starting wage of $20.00 per hour.
