We are currently seeking a dedicated Food Production Manager to join our culinary team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role is pivotal in managing all facets of food production across our dining outlets, ensuring the preparation and presentation of food meet the hotel's quality and sanitation standards. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $20.00, reflecting the candidate's experience and skills. The Food Production Manager will work closely with the Executive Chef and other departments to oversee inventory, food preparation, kitchen safety, and team coordination. This hands-on leadership position requires a strong understanding of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and the ability to maintain excellent communication within the team and across the hotel. The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity in menu development, proficiency in managing kitchen equipment, and a commitment to upholding health and safety regulations. Responsibilities additionally include supporting ongoing hotel programs, facilitating guest satisfaction, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Working conditions involve both indoor and outdoor environments, with physical demands such as lifting, standing, and operating kitchen machinery.                 - High school or equivalent education
 - One to three years culinary experience
 - State required food handlers certification card if applicable
 - Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility up to eight hours
 - Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
 - Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds occasionally
 - Requires good verbal and written communication skills
 - Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
 - Ability to follow hotel safety standards and procedures
 - Ability to work varying schedules as required by the business needs
 - Regular attendance and punctuality are essential
 - Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
 - Ability to operate kitchen and office equipment properly
