The Bartender role at Ellore Senior Living is a full-time position that offers competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour. The role requires availability to work weekends and is vital in supporting the dining and social experiences of residents, their families, and visitors. The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items with warmth and professionalism, driving a positive atmosphere in and around the bar and dining areas. The bartender will skillfully select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve drinks with attention to detail and care. Beyond mixing drinks, this role entails taking accurate food and beverage orders, entering them into the point of sale system, setting up and breaking down tables, and maintaining compliance with proper serving techniques and etiquette, such as serving from the left and clearing dishes promptly between courses.
