The role of Line Cook at True Food Kitchen is integral to the kitchen’s fast-paced, high-energy operations. The ideal candidate will engage in preparing, cooking, and plating a wide range of dishes across several kitchen stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill, with experience across multiple stations considered a plus. The Line Cook's responsibilities include handling starters, entrées, pizzas, and other menu items with strict adherence to portion sizes, recipes, and quality standards established by the restaurant. Maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and organization of their designated station is crucial to ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. This position also involves assisting with prep work, opening and closing duties, and contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the kitchen environment.
