We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs to join our kitchen team. This role involves preparing and cooking food items to company standards, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish served. The position offers a pay range of $18.50 to $22.50 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidates will be passionate about cooking, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include food preparation according to established recipes, plating under the chef's direction, kitchen equipment setup and maintenance, and adhering to strict sanitation and safety guidelines. This role requires standing for extended periods, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and flexibility in working various shifts. At P.F. • Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain
• Love for food and an eye for detail with cooking
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist
