The Front Desk Associate position at Sunriver Resort is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service year-round. As the first point of contact for guests, the Front Desk Associate plays a vital role in shaping first impressions by greeting guests warmly, managing registrations, room assignments, and key controls efficiently. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- At least one year customer service experience preferred
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- Must have excellent phone etiquette
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
- Must be highly detailed orientated
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
