• High school diploma
• Minimum one year of hospitality or restaurant food service experience required
• Basic kitchen cleanliness standards and knowledge of basic kitchen equipment
• Able to work with little or no supervision
• Read write and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments guests and vendors
• Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism
• Standing bending lifting and twisting for extended periods of time Frequent repetitive motions with arms wrists hands and legs Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
