The role of a Cook/Line Cook at Rafferty's Restaurant & Bar is integral to maintaining the high standards and operational flow that the restaurant is known for. In this role, the cook will ensure that food products are properly stocked and maintained and that workstations remain clean and sanitary at all times. Proper handling, storage, labeling, dating, and rotation of food products are critical responsibilities to maintain the restaurant's health standards. Cooks will also assist in various food prep tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting other kitchen duties as assigned. This position involves following specific procedures related to opening, closing, and ongoing cleanliness of the kitchen area to ensure a smooth and compliant operation.
