The role offered by Hoffbrau is that of a line cook or food preparation specialist. This position requires setting up and maintaining the food preparation station according to restaurant guidelines, ensuring all food items are prepared in a sanitary and timely manner. Physical demands include standing for most of the shift, working in congested areas, and occasionally being exposed to environmental factors like cold and heat. The candidate must be capable of lifting significant weights safely and must adhere to a no-smoking policy on the premises.
