The role of an Event Emergency Medical Technician (Event EMT) at CrowdRx is a part-time position located at One Lincoln Financial Field Way in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial in delivering on-site Basic Life Support (BLS) level care to event guests, venue staff, and local partners during events held at Lincoln Financial Field. Event EMTs respond promptly and professionally to medical emergencies and public safety concerns, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care in accordance with established medical guidelines and protocols. The EMTs also coordinate patient transport, maintain proper documentation, and communicate effectively with venue officials and other emergency personnel. • High school diploma or GED required
• Pennsylvania State EMT or Paramedic credential required
• Applicable state certification(s)
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 1+ years experience as an EMS provider preferred
• 911 experience preferred
• Effective customer service skills
• A working understanding special event operations and customer service
