We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Valet/Guest Service Representative to join our team on-site at Lexus of Stevens Creek in Santa Clara, CA. The position offers an hourly base pay of $19.00 and includes a comprehensive range of benefits including weekly pay, vacation accrual, vision, dental and medical benefits for full-time employees, and a robust 401k plan with generous company matching. This role primarily involves providing our guests with loan vehicles while their cars are being serviced, ensuring that all transactions and vehicle handovers meet dealership standards. The Service Valet is the face of Lexus in the service lane, responsible for greeting guests promptly and courteously, managing loan and rental contracts with accuracy, and elevating the guest experience through knowledgeable interactions and outstanding service.

- Must have a valid CA driver’s license and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- a minimum of one (1) year of customer service and cash handling duties
