The role available at Toca Madera is for a Food Runner, a crucial position responsible for managing the seamless flow of food between the kitchen and the front-of-house team. As a Food Runner, you will play a key part in ensuring guests receive their meals accurately and efficiently, enhancing their overall dining experience. This role requires extensive knowledge of the menu, including the ability to identify each dish, its ingredients, and any modifications, so food can be correctly named and served to patrons. The Food Runner will also be tasked with setting tables, serving food orders, and clearing used dishes and utensils, thereby supporting both the kitchen staff and servers to maintain the restaurant's high standards.
