DETAILS OF THE ROLE
The Flight Monitor is tasked with real-time oversight of drone missions within a designated region, responding promptly to any anomalies or safety concerns. They prepare detailed reports on flight activities, incidents, and any irregularities, providing critical insights that contribute to the ongoing enhancement of operational procedures. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and an unwavering focus on detail. Additionally, the Flight Monitor must be physically capable of managing the demands of the position, which include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or walk during shifts of up to 12 hours, and perform tasks that require frequent bending, squatting, or reaching. The role demands flexibility in scheduling, as shifts can include nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel up to 25% of the time may be required. SALARY AND EMPLOYMENT TYPE
