  • Minimum of 1+ years of property management experience or customer service in related field
  • Lease-up experience preferred
  • Experience in 200+ unit properties desirable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, Rent Cafe and On-Site credit software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills
  • Solid business logic and ability to analyze and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Team player with positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule including possible over 40 hours per week
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or move up to 10 pounds
  • Intermediate knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of competitive market and property amenities
  • Understanding of landlord/tenant laws and legal responsibilities
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality required
