As a Concierge on the Customer Service team, you will play a central role in delivering exceptional, personalized service that enriches the daily lives of residents and their guests. This hourly position offers competitive pay ranging from $15.16 to $20.85, providing a valuable employment opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and senior care. The role requires assisting residents with parking their vehicles and helping with loading and unloading packages or groceries, ensuring convenience and comfort for all. Additionally, you will coordinate the flow of deliveries and manage scheduling responsibilities, such as booking appointments and dining room reservations, working closely with the transportation team to facilitate smooth operations.
