Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing merchandising and displays, operating the cash register, and supporting store leaders in general store management and profitability goals. This role requires you to model excellent customer service, maintain consistent store standards, and lead the team in the absence of Store Leadership. The Lead Team Member ensures that customers receive superior shopping experiences through personal interaction, knowledge of products, and effective selling techniques. You will be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and safety, completing regular cleaning and stocking tasks, and following company policies and procedures meticulously. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred
• Ability to frequently walk and stand
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
• Ability to handle merchandise and equipment such as scanners and pricing guns
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and up to 55 pounds occasionally
• Ability to use ladders occasionally
• Ability to drive own vehicle for bank deposits and training meetings
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise
• Tolerance for exposure to strong scents and fragrances
• Ability to work in occasional outside weather conditions and on wet floor surfaces
• Ability to handle household and industrial cleaning solutions occasionally
